*Most sessions are 60 minutes, including video analysis.

To reinforce our unique training approach, participants are given access to an electronic "Athlete's Notebook" that at includes all of the concepts, workouts, and training plans covered in our programs. Additionally, videos of all of the drills and routines are included in the notebook. Access is available for 60 days after the program ends so our athletes can continue to perfect their newfound, injury-free running technique!
