This program provides 5 weeks of Pose Running Technique sessions where you will work with one of our certified coaches to improve your form through formal weekly lesson plans & homework, drills, exercises, and video analyses. This class is the foundation for all of our other Pose Running Technique offerings (except for our overview class).
